Redoubling efforts to offer greater accessibility to COVID-19 vaccination, with a great commitment from the health teams and the essential help of the volunteers who participate in the campaign, today it was possible to vaccinate 2,448 people between both devices.

It should be noted that tomorrow, in the gymnasium of Colegio Don Bosco, a new day of on-demand vaccination will continue until a total of 520 doses are exhausted (338 doses that were available today, plus 182 that were added), at the same time, from 12 to 20, in order of arrival.

On the other hand, although the doses initially assigned for today and tomorrow were applied at the Ruca Che Stadium, 520 more doses will be added to carry out another day of on-demand vaccination tomorrow. The schedule will also be the same, from 8 to 16.

It is important to remember that the on-demand vaccination sessions are specifically designed for adults over 60 years of age and people between 18 and 59 years of age with risk factors who have not yet received the first dose.

At this stage, the application of first doses is prioritized in those people who have an increased risk (due to age or associated comorbidity), with the aim of mitigating the risk in this population group.

It is necessary to go with your DNI or a service that proves your address in Neuquén capital. In the case of people aged 18 to 59 with risk factors, they must also come with a medical certificate that indicates their risk factors and that they can receive the vaccine. If you have received the flu vaccine, it is necessary to respect a minimum interval of 14 days to receive the vaccine against COVID-19.
